APPLY FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
The Stacy Wolfe Breast Cancer Foundation seeks to meet immediate needs for cancer patients and their families. We understand that medical bills can cause a strain and we want to help with this need.
Our Board of Directors meets once a month to go through all submitted applications for financial assistance. Depending on the number of requests, we may be able to only pay a portion of your needs. After you complete the application, you will need to submit the requested documents for your application to be considered. Within one month, you will receive an email informing you about the status of your request.
Please Note: we will only pay medical bills (doctor, hospital, etc) to the institution requesting payment. We do not pay to individuals and we do not pay any non-medical bills at this time.
